Art of Knoydart: Original drawings and prints by Trisha Birch

  • Facebook

Trisha takes her inspiration from the stunning landscapes and woodlands of the Knoydart peninsula where she lives. Her love for seeing abstract forms and patterns in nature influences her creative drawing process, which invites the viewer into a world of alternating perspectives.

Hi, I'm Judy. All my jewellery is hand made from scratch in my small workshop,

using traditional silversmithing tools and techniques.

Many pieces are set with semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystals, tumbled sea glass or Whitby Jet.

Come and watch me working during your stay. Find me on the lane leading to The Lookout Restaurant and Knoydart Brewery.

Knoydart Pottery

  • Facebook

After studying pottery and ceramics in Glasgow, Isla and Rhona returned home to Knoydart to set up their own workshop and tearoom. The tearoom keeps them busy and they don't get the chance to make as much pottery as they used to so they also sell a selection of other local crafts including: stoneware pottery from Scottish potter Julia Smith; hand spun woollen throws and accessories from Laura's Loom; a range of accessories from KerrieAldo; hand made in Knoydart Soaps; and a range of products from local Knitters. There is also a good selection of new Scottish interest books as well as second hand books for sale.
