It's that time of year again - the season kicked off at the end of March with Easter weekend welcoming new and returning visitors enjoying what Knoydart has to offer. Everyone is on their summer season opening hours now, the sun is (sometimes) shining and we have a few new businesses to add to the list this year!
The Roads End Cafe.
Set in the beautiful Airor Bay, Veronika's new cafe offers a well earned resting point after a cycle or walk over to Airor. The cafe provides a range of hot and cold cafe-style menu options, including homebaking using fresh and locally sourced produce. The cafe is open Friday - Sunday 11am - 6pm plus some days during the week (please check the Facebook page for regularly updated opening hours).
Another new option for the foodies among you is The Galley On The Hill at Doune. The Galley offers a pop-up style restaurant and cookery classes. Penny & Jamie focus on sustainability using locally grown and sourced foods where possible, and power their business through renewable energy. Booking is essential and you can find all the details on our Food & Drink page.
